Shirish Mujumdar

Founder

Shirish is an experienced finance and credit rating professional with over 15 years of experience. By qualification, Shirish is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA in Finance from the Department of Management Sciences, University of Pune. Shirish has worked with CRISIL Ratings in an analytical role for thirteen years and he had been responsible for delivering quality ratings with a focus on analytical superiority. In his last stint as Associate Director with CRISIL Ratings, he was handling a team of rating analysts and managing a portfolio in Maharashtra and Goa. Shirish has handled rating portfolios across the western and central parts of India across multiple industry sectors.

With his long stint in ratings, Shirish has expertise in credit risk assessment of companies across diverse industry sectors such as Manufacturing, Trading & Distribution, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Agriculture-linked businesses, Education, etc. Shirish was also a member of internal Rating Committee Meetings in CRISIL and has insightful knowledge of the latest economic and sectoral trends.

Prior to joining CRISIL Ratings, Shirish worked with ICICI Bank in Chennai in the Wholesale Banking Group. He was handling credit appraisals of large corporate accounts in agro-linked industries such as Sugar, Cotton-Textile, Fertilisers, Edible Oils, etc.

Akshay Sanjay Rajmane

Akshay completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from RMCET college, Mumbai University and MBA in Marketing and Finance.

Akshay started his career with CRISIL Ratings in the Business Development Team and worked there for more than 7 years. He was handling existing client portfolios and new client acquisition through bankers and CA's connections. He has developed very good relations with his clients, bankers and CA's. He has a good presence in Pune and Western Maharashtra particularly in the Sugar Industry, Cotton Textile, Agro and Food Processing Units, Edible Oil, Manufacturing, Auto Ancillaries, Real Estate, Road Construction Infra etc.

Akshay is having keen interest in Financial Literacy, Mindset Development, Personal Finance and Growth. He has achieved financial freedom at the age of 34. He has insightful knowledge about the latest economical and sectoral trends. He is a successful trader and Investor in the stock market.

He has served more than 1000 clients in his entire career, during that journey he realized that 90% of the clients are unaware about the credit rating process, SEBI and RBI latest circulars, Do' and Don'ts. As a result they are not getting the desired outcome as per their expectations. To fill that " Expectations Vs Reality Gap" he decided to do something which is helpful for the businesses, society and then he wrote one book on credit rating.

On 26th November 2023 his book was launched at Pune. It is available on Amazon. Akshay is now an author of one book

He has shared his 7 years career experience with the readers to educate and create awareness about the credit rating.

This book is very useful for Businessmen. If someone wants to raise funds through Banks or JV or Private Equity to start business or for CAPEX of their Business you should have a good credit rating.
Nowadays it's mandatory for bank loans and in future as businesses grow it will definitely be required.

Radhika Dhamanekar Raut

Ms Radhika holds Master’s degree in Business Administration from Karnataka University and Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. She also holds PGDBM degree from FNST-Germany & NSTEDB Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. Distinction student throughout her academic performance.

Radhika has worked with CRISIL Ratings Limited in Business Development side for more than 14 years handling 3500+ clients across Maharashtra; Karnataka and Goa for various rating structures.

One of her strengths is to handle large corporates and SME Segments in different sectors. Having set that she has good understanding of Various Industrial sector for their financial requirements and problems faced for Fund Raising. And so, she has keen interest to help clients in hassle free financing.

With overall experience of over 14 years across various fields of Credit Rating, Banking, Accounts, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, RADHIKA brings in diverse experience across functions.

She has successfully introduced and was part of NGO Grading/ MNRE Grading and IPO Grading

Radhika has expertise in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, Real Estate Financing Venture Capital and Private Funding.

She is closely associated and has good presence and relations with various Board of management of Private and PSU Banks, Co-Operative banks, CA and Consultants.
